We would need 2-4 working days to dispatch your orders
A charge of 80-120 INR would be applicable on each order. FREE SHIPPING on orders above 999 INR We will notify you via Email / SMS when we dispatch your order which would contain a tracking number by which you will be able to track your order.
Please note that though we put in our best effort to deliver your orders in the most efficient and timely manner, we do not guarantee the delivery dates. Some orders may be delayed due to conditions beyond our control. Some of the reasons might be remote locations, poor weather conditions, product availability and so on.
We would attempt multiple times to deliver the package but if we fail to do so the package(s) are returned to our returns department and the order would be cancelled & incase your order is prepaid we will refund the amount to you.
Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.
Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility all over India only. A Shipping charge of ₹100 Extra would be applicable per order.
Goswankyy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
We put in constant effort to make sure that products listed on our website are available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it’s sold out, we will inform you within a weeks time from the date you place the order. We would initiate a refund to you if the products your ordered are unavailable or sold out.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS WITHIN INDIA:
For cancellations of the order, please call us or email us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the order.
Products to be returned in its original packaging only and new condition only along with original packing bags and Tags sent , used Products will not be accepted.
We will Provide you a Coupon Code for the same value of the product which is Returned or Exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase made on our Website, Validity of the Coupon Code is Lifetime. We do not offer Cash back Refund for Exchange and Returns. The product will be exchange or returned only once.
Once your return is received at our facility, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and hand to courier person.
Please attach a print out of the invoice, this will be required when handing over the return package to the courier person
You can find the link to download your Invoice in the shipping confirmation email which was sent to you when we shipped your order.
In case you self ship the returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update our customer care on watsapp :+91 9705964264 email us the tracking info on email@example.com this would enable us to track the delivery of your returns . We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if the items are shipped by you,
It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 2 days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in terms of Gift card (Store Credits) within 2 days.
